Temple Health & Wellness cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before the order leaves us.

Incorrect Or Incomplete Addresses

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.

Click & Collect

Where Click & Collect is available, this option will be shown at checkout.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting Temple Health & Wellness to collect it.

You may be asked to provide your order confirmation or reasonable proof of identification when collecting your order.

Missing Or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay or your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us so we can assist with investigating the delivery.

Where required, we may need to lodge an enquiry with the relevant courier or postal provider before determining the appropriate next step.

Damaged Orders

We take care when packing orders, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and parcel where possible so we can review the issue.

Your rights in relation to faulty or damaged products are also covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Product Availability

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed.

If this occurs, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund for the unavailable product or another option agreed with you.

International Shipping
