Our Budgewoi location brings together our health food store and holistic clinic in one space.
What are your opening hours?
Can I shop in store as well as online?
Yes. Temple is both a physical health food store in Budgewoi and an online store.
Products available online can be ordered for delivery or Click & Collect where available.
Shopping & Delivery
Ordering from Temple.
Do you offer Australia-wide shipping?
Yes. We offer shipping for eligible Australian orders. Shipping charges are based on the available Australia Post delivery rates and will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Temple offers free shipping on orders over $200 where the order is eligible for our standard shipping service.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes. Click & Collect is available from our Budgewoi store.
Please allow approximately 2–5 hours for your order to be prepared and wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming in to collect it.
How will I know when my online order has been dispatched?
Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping information once your order has been dispatched.
What if a product is unavailable after I order?
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund for the unavailable item or another option agreed with you.

What clinic services does Temple offer?
Temple offers naturopathic and holistic wellness services, including naturopathy, iridology and personalised consultations.

Who are the Temple practitioners?
Our practitioner team includes Renee Price, Rebecca Branch and Arabella Kavanagh.

How do I book an appointment?
Visit our Book Appointment page or use any of the Book Now buttons throughout the website to view available clinic appointments.
How long are consultations?
Appointment length depends on the service selected. Initial consultations may take longer than follow-up appointments so there is time to discuss your health history and current concerns.
The appointment duration will be displayed when booking.
What is your appointment cancellation policy?
If you need to change your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible.
With at least 48 hours' notice, you may reschedule your appointment or request a full refund where applicable.
Within 48 hours of the appointment, appointments may be rescheduled, however cancellations and refunds are not available.
Is Temple an emergency medical service?
No. Temple Health & Wellness is not an emergency medical service.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency or require urgent medical attention, call 000 or attend an appropriate emergency department.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't right.
Can I return a product because I changed my mind?
Some unopened and unused products may be eligible for change-of-mind returns in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for opened liquid herbal products, supplements or other products that cannot reasonably be resold.
What if my product is faulty or damaged?
If your product is faulty, damaged or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
Can I exchange a product?
Where an eligible exchange is requested, please contact us first. In some cases, the simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order for the replacement product.
