Dosage

• 1 tablet daily for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Warnings

• Adults only.
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Contraindicated for use in individuals with any history of severe allergic reaction.
• Due to a risk of adverse effects, avoid Andrographis paniculata doses equivalent to or higher than 5–10 mg/kg per day of the constituent andrographolide or a treatment duration exceeding 14 days. Adverse effects may include abdominal discomfort, altered taste, diarrhoea, dizziness, fatigue, headache, nausea and vomiting, pruritus, rash and urticaria.
• Always read the label.
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• If symptoms persist, worsen or change unexpectedly, consult your healthcare professional.
• Andrographis may cause taste disturbance, including loss of taste, loss of appetite, vomiting and abdominal discomfort.
• If you develop any adverse symptoms, stop taking the product as soon as possible and seek medical advice.
• Andrographis may cause allergic reactions in some people; if you have a severe reaction (such as anaphylaxis) stop use and seek immediate medical attention.
• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
