Directions
Take 1 metric teaspoon (1 g) once or twice daily in water or juice.
Warnings
- Contains sulfites.
- Turmeric caution: In rare cases, Curcuma species may impact liver function. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if symptoms like jaundice, nausea, appetite loss or dark urine occur.
- Zinc warning: High doses or prolonged use may be harmful.
